1. Scope of Policy
This FAQ applies to Tradeclubllc online store sales of furniture and home products, including related accessories, to customers within the United States.
By browsing or placing an order, customers agree to comply with this policy and related terms.
2. Order Processing & Shipping
All orders will be processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping is carried out using reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS to ensure timely delivery.
3. Shipping Fee Policy
· Orders of $115 USD or more qualify for free shipping.
· Orders under $115 USD require a shipping fee of $11.
Shipping fees include transportation and packaging costs and are managed by Tradeclubllc.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Upon receiving the product, customers should check the packaging and product condition.
If there is any damage during shipping or missing parts, please contact customer service immediately.
5. 14-day return policy
In accordance with U.S. consumer protection regulations, clients can exercise their right to return products within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original condition, brand new and unused; products must not be damaged or soiled and must remain resalable. Return requests must be submitted through customer service with the order number and product information.

6. Return Conditions
Returned products must be in original condition, brand new and unused, and must not be damaged, contaminated, or impair resale.
All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included.
7. Return Shipping Fee
Return shipping is covered by Tradeclubllc and prepaid shipping labels will be provided.
Customers may use prepaid shipping labels or the designated logistics company to return products, ensuring smooth completion of the return.
8. Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receipt. Exchanged products must meet the return conditions: original condition, brand new and unused, no damage or contamination. Please refer to the detailed Exchange policy for more information.
9. Refund Method & Timing
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 2 business days after receiving the returned product.
10. 2-Year Warranty
Tradeclubllc provides a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and material issues.
If problems occur within the warranty period, contact customer service for repair or replacement support.
